Blogging is Free Advertising
When you blog about a restaurant, hotel, tour, or travel experience, you are basically giving that business free advertising, so use those explicit details and make it good! Take pictures, video snippets, talk to other travelers, talk to staff, taxi drivers, and never forget the random locals.
Yes this can be difficult when the location is busy, a restaurant is full, the beach is crowded. In those times I take small snippets with great details, a nice drink with a creative presentation, zoom in on the food, find a sculpture, see a bistro floral garden, a picture of the wait staff. If the bathroom is unbelievable, take a video, take some nice selfies of yourself, the options and how you present the content is all based on your personal style. Do what feels comfortable to you, be yourself and have fun. Sharing the content is a free commercial for wherever you are, remember that and let your blog do the location justice!

Free advertising sounds good but if you have enough followers you can charge bare minimum for providing them good review.
