This is the best time to travel with the kiddies because they LOVE wherever you take them. The park is a trip, the zoo is a trip, the beach is a trip, a forest or nature preserve is a trip. A bookstore like Barnes and Noble is also a great trip for reading time, every child loves to have a story read to them. Most if not all of these activities are free or very low cost, and if you drop into a Chick Fil A or Mc Donald’s for a kids meal afterwards, win win! So get out and get roaming with the kids, nothing extravagant needed to start off, work within your budget and have fun watching them enjoy each activity. Don’t forget to take pictures!
