Great question, and being an independent travel agent myself, my answer will always be yes when planning a big trip. Now, you do have the option to book directly with the cruise company, but remember, they don’t know you personally , and haven’t built a relationship with you based on previous trips. If you have an agent that you trust, touch base with them, and have them make the call for you with all the desired specifics. Who knows, you might be pleasantly surprised at a few added birthday incentives!
