Desert Discussions

At times it’s necessary to veer off the traditional path into spaces that make us uncomfortable. I am a person who once prided herself on making safe, stable, decisions but where is the challenge in always playing it safe? Where is the growth, excitement, exploration and adventure? Most times as women we do what’s best for others before we think of ourselves, it’s how many of us were raised. Now I’m at a place and in a space where I give myself permission to explore all paths. The destination isn’t important, it’s the journey in between that matters most.
